I wonder if just a little of the change donated to the Huffington Post by George Soros~~to promote "respectable journalism"~~may have found it's way into the pocket of a subscriber by the name of "interlude". The username in a "forum" of such, had been found on Huff's social news page back in November of last year making comments regarding the Muslim Brotherhood and their global "humanitarian" efforts.
The remarks and subsequent banter was made on the Huffington Post's Social News, in response to an article on "Suspicious Packages Found On Flights Heading To US".
The intellectual "interlude" is as follows. The first subscriber~~which by the way boasts 197 fans~~ quotes directly from the Muslim Brotherhood's manifesto, which is titled , "An Exploratory Memorandum On the Strategic Goal for the Group in North America 5/22/1991".
197; “The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house … so that … Allah's s religion is made victorious over all other religions” --
1991 ‘Explanatory Memorandum. Muslim Brotherhood, the mother-ship of most Islamic terrorism the world over.”
Totaling not less than 468 fans deep,"interlude"commented in response.
"I imagine, with a little digging, similar rhetoric can be found coming from all religions. I know I've read worse on the internet from supposed christians. Religious fanaticism will be end of humanity".
197; "It is not a question of online snarks. It is the fact of JIhadist global terrorist practice".
468; "There's no denying that some have professed this but presenting this without the other side is tantamount to spreading lies and FUD. Would Jesus approve"?
197; "What "other side "is there to the struggle global Jihadists networks?! this asnot some abstract elementary school compare-and- contrast mental exercise.
This is real".
468; "They're just not as subtle as the christians. They don't engrave bible verses on their rifle scopes, etc. You need to research the christian religious rhetoric spouted by US military leaders starting with Rumsfeld. And, maybe, you've heard of Ann Coulter and others of her ilk".
197; "Research 7/7;9/11 Bali, Madrid, Beslan, Mumbai, Fort Hood, New York Square, and thousands more. Research Jihadist wars in Somalia, Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines etc. Research Jihadists terrorist activity in Europe, Africa, Asia, Americas . As i told you this is not some spit--in-the-wind abstract exercise". But since you chose to compare the above to Ann Coulter ravings you've already exited the realm of rational into a lala land".
At this point in the "interlude", 468 must have tired of the banter and retreated to another intellectual chat room. For alas, we have no further "insightful" follow ups to their, "spit--in-the-wind abstract exercise".
Could "interlude" possibly have been summoned away by Arianna or George? Wandered off into "lala land"? Or could the mysterious 468 really be the 32 year old "psychiatrist" who showed up recently on the streets of Egypt? Could it possibly have been "interlude" on the streets of Cairo who made the comment,
"I like the Brotherhood most, and they like me. They always have a hidden agenda, we know, and you never know when power comes how they will behave. But they are very good with organizing, they are calling for a civil state just like everyone else, so let them have a political party just like everyone else — they will not win more than 10 percent, I think.”
Awww, how sweet. May I suggest a new soft, snuggly addition to the pajamagram collection with a big MB emblazoned on it?
You can't make this stuff up. Here's the link. See for yourself before it is "mysteriously" scrubbed.
