When Reprobates Rule

"And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient";
Romans 1:28

"Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith".
 2 Timothy 3:8

Let's take a glimpse into a reprobate mind. When asked," At what point does a baby get human rights, in your view?", President Barack Obama replied,

"Well, you know, I think that whether you're looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity, you know, is above my pay grade".

After being sworn in one of his first orders of business was to legitimize abortion by repealing the Bush administration's ban on human embryonic stem cell research.

According to an excerpt from AllAboutPopularIssues.org,

"So what is the controversy all about? Those who value human life from the point of conception, oppose embryonic stem cell research because the extraction of stem cells from this type of an embryo requires its destruction. In other words, it requires that a human life be killed".

Once again the socialist's mindset of the ends justifying the means was demonstrated through Executive Order,

"For the past 8 years, the authority of the Department of Health and Human Services, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), to fund and conduct human embryonic stem cell research has been limited by Presidential actions. The purpose of this order is to remove these limitations on scientific inquiry, to expand NIH support for the exploration of human stem cell research, and in so doing to enhance the contribution of America's scientists to important new discoveries and new therapies for the benefit of humankind". Barack Obama, Executive Order--March 9, 2009

He went on to state at another time to the press,

"In recent years, when it comes to stem cell research, rather than furthering discovery, our government has forced what I believe is a false choice between sound science and moral values,..... In this case, I believe the two are not inconsistent. As a person of faith, I believe we are called to care for each other and work to ease human suffering. I believe we have been given the capacity and will to pursue this research -- and the humanity and conscience to do so responsibly".

"Well, you know, I think that whether you're looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity, you know, is above my pay grade".

I would have to add, not only is the answer to when a child's human rights begin above his pay grade~~it is also above his moral capacity as well.

When does life and human rights begin? Let's let the giver and sustainer of all life answer that.

"Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations." Jeremiah 1: 4-5

Reprobates ruled the Roman Empire. Does America plan to continue down the same path or do we take heed to Santayana's ,"those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it"?
